what’s included

  • 7 days, 6 nights at the Garden House, Tree Casa Resort in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua

  • Transport to/from Managua International Airport (MGA)

  • All meals on resort (6 breakfasts, 6 dinners, 2 lunches). Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

  • Daily yoga session

  • 2x breathwork and meditation sessions

  • 2x bonfires (first and last day of retreat)

  • Daily shuttles (x4) to/from Tree Casa Resort to San Juan Del Sur. Group trip will be arranged for local cuisine and markets.

  • Hiking tour of Ometepe Island led by local guide and round-trip transportation from Tree Casa

  • Transport to/from Tree Casa to Remanso for surf lesson

  • Transport to/from Tree Casa to Maderas Beach for beach day/free time

  • ATV tour led by local guide

  • Access to all spaces and amenities at Tree Casa Resort, including oceanview deck, three-tiered infinity pool, restaurant and bar

  • 2x hikes throughout the 20 km of trails located on the Tree Casa Resort

  • Journaling sessions and group share circles

what’s excluded

  • Airfare

  • Travel, cancellation, or health insurance (required)

  • Transportation to/from airport if you elect not to take the pre-arranged group shuttle

  • Meals, snacks, and drinks purchased off-resort on excursion days

  • Massage and holistic therapies can be booked on site at the Tree Casa spa for an additional fee

  • Additional excursions can be booked directly through Tree Casa Resort if desired, including salsa dance lessons, horseback riding, cycling, catamaran tours, zipline canopy tours, and day trips to major landmarks

PAYMENT & LOGISTICS

  • All rates are listed in CAD and exclude hst.

  • A $500 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Your spot is not reserved until this has been paid.

  • Remaining payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer. Full payment is due 30 days prior to retreat.

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but transferable. If you find a suitable replacement to take your spot, you will be refunded minus a $200 CAD administrative fee.

  • A group shuttle has been arranged to/from Managua Airport in Nicaragua to Tree Casa Resort in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. If you elect not to use this service, you will be refunded $50 CAD.
